If we’re unable to answer, we’ll return your call within an hour (often within a few minutes).

SCHEDULING CAN BE COMPLICATED

We understand that mediation scheduling often requires you to juggle the availability of multiple participants.

Let us know if you need to confirm potential mediation dates with other participants. We’re usually able to hold alternative dates until you confirm a final mediation schedule. 


WE DON’T KEEP REGULAR HOURS

We know some mediations can only take place outside of traditional business hours. There will also be times when mediation must be completed within a short time frame.

Whatever the situation, we’ll work with you to accommodate unique scheduling issues.
